Riu Cypria Resort is situated on a small beach near Paphos. The resort consists of two 4-storey buildings and 2-storey bungalows and has a beautiful 8,000 m2 garden.

Recreational Facilities

Sport facilities at the hotel include table tennis, workout, darts, French bowls, gym, beach volley, two artificial turf tennis courts (equipment with deposit), sauna, steam bath, jacuzzi, squash court equipment with deposit), two swimming pools (one with jacuzzi), two children pools, indoor swimming pool (heated in winter), sun loungers & parasols by the pool & at the beach, pool towels, children’s playground and mini club. Daytime entertainment programme is also available six times weekly for both children aged 4-12 and adults. In addition there is live music, shows, Riu evening program (several times a week) and complimentary entrance to the night club (drinks included/open six nights a week).

The complex offers 2 non-smoking restaurants, one with terrace, theme restaurant open during the summer period only, a lobby bar, piano bar, lounge bar, snack bar, 2 poolside bars, beach bar with swim up bar open during the summer months only, 2 swimming pools one with a jacuzzi, 2 children’s swimming pools, complimentary sun loungers, parasols and towels by the pool, sun terrace, children’s playground, mini-club, an indoor swimming pool heated during the winter, complimentary sauna, steam bath, jacuzzi and gymnasium, hairdresser, beauty salon and massages available at an additional charge. There are also a night club, billiards and snooker at an extra charge, games room 2 conference rooms, gift shop and jewellers, internet access at an additional charge and wireless LAN zone available at an additional charge. Nearby there are 2 18-hole golf courses, horse riding, minigolf and go-karts. Credit cards accepted: MasterCard, Amex, Visa and Diners.

Cuisine and Entertainment

The AI programme consists of breakfast, Continental breakfast, lunch and dinner, all buffet style with on the spot cooking stations, served in the main restaurant. Special theme evenings take place twice weekly. Also at the disposal of the AI guests for dinner with prior reservation is the theme restaurant, with Cypriot cuisine (01/05-31/10). Snacks are available between 14:30 & 17:30 and late in the evening. Unlimited locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks are served till 24:00 at selected bars and at the night club until 01:30.

Accommodation

Riu Cypria Resort offers 452 guestrooms, all of which are equipped with a bathroom, hairdryer, telephone, air conditioning/heating (according to the weather), mini fridge, satellite television, in-room safe at an additional charge and balcony/terrace. There are rooms available with carpeted floor (except bungalows) and rooms available with pay per view TV and music channel.
