Kermia Beach Bungalows Hotel is situated in an attractive area right by the sea, on the lee side of Cape Greco, the south-eastern most tip of Cyprus. It is only 4kms from the centre of Ayia Napa and 45 km from Larnaca Airport.

The Kermia Beach complex consists of the main building and 154 bungalow, which are built in an area of 60,000 sq. meters, expertly landscaped and arranged so as to give the feeling of living in a small Cyprus garden village.

Cuisine and Entertainment

Cuisine and entertainment facilities at the Kermia Beach Hotels include Cavo Greco Restaurant: A comfortable restaurant, ideal for breakfast, lunch and dinner, serving fresh seafood, local and international specialities.

Alkion Restaurant: During the evening for A la Carte dining and international specialities.

Albatross Pool Grill Bar: An outdoor bar situated by the pool for lunch, snacks and relaxing drinks under the Cyprus sun.

Sunset Bar: The bar is situated in the main building with a large lounge and verandah which offers a variety of drinks and mixed cocktails

Sunday Buffet Lunch: This is a special buffet lunch of tasty hot and cold dishes served by the pool.

Carvery Night: Once per week there is a Carvery Night with live music, serving all kinds of Roast meats and a vast variety of freshly cut salads and appetizers.

Cyprus Night: An evening to try the Cypriot Meze consisting of a great variety of traditional dishes and sweets, to accompany this evening there is Cypriot music with folkloric dancing.

Barbeque Night: Another special evening with live music organised by the pool with a great variety of meat cooked on real charcoal and with delicious salads.

Flambe Night: A beautiful candlelit dinner which starts off with a champagne cocktail then follows a special five course meal accompanied by the hotel's band.

Accommodation

There are three types of bungalows at the Kermia Beach Bungalows Hotel to choose from:
Type A: Studio bungalows are bed sitters with bathroom and kitchenette (38 units)
Type B: Bungalows with one bedroom and a spacious separate living room, kitchenette and bathroom (101 units)
Type C: Bungalows with two bedrooms, living room, kitchenette and bathroom (15 units)

All bungalows are built in local Cypriot style with village type rafters, woven cane ceilings and furnished with local style furniture. Other facilities include individual air conditioning (hot and cold), telephone (direct dialling), 4 channel radio, satellite television and hairdryer.
