The extensively renovated and upgraded Elias Beach Hotel is the most recent member of the award-winning Kanika Hotels. This luxurious beach hotel is located on a quite and beautiful ‘blue flag’ sandy beach in the ancient Amathus area, only a short drive from Limassol’s tourist and city centres. Designed to appeal to discerning holidaymakers of all ages including both couples and families, the popular Elias Beach is well-known for its numerous facilities set out in exceptionally large spaces marked by a combination of elegance, sophisticated ambience and impeccable service. The hotel’s extensive entertainment and activities programme is supported by a professional in-house animation team and local entertainers. Three new and beautiful free-form swimming pools are surrounded by lush landscaped green gardens overlooking the sandy beach along the Mediterranean blue, with vast areas offering guests more privacy in an atmosphere reminiscent of a tropical paradise. The Elias Beach Hotel features high-standard accommodation, from luxurious superior rooms and junior suites to appealing kids’ suites, all equipped with numerous amenities and facilities. Sea view rooms are enhanced with the superb uninterrupted views of the blue Mediterranean Sea. Accommodation

All 174 rooms will be completely renovated, refurbished and redesigned. The hotel will feature superior accommodation in an extended choice of room types which will include the new luxury Superior Rooms, Junior Suites, smart Kids Suites and standard rooms, all providing numerous amenities and facilities.

All 174 fully air-conditioned guest rooms provide: Private bath/shower, WC, Balcony or terrace with inland view, side sea view or sea view, Direct dial telephone and dial-up internet connection, Local and satellite colour TV, Pay TV, 4-Channel radio, Hair dryer, Mini-bar, In-room personal safe (for the Superior rooms, Junior Suites & Kid’s Suites is free of charge, for the standard rooms the safe deposit boxes are located at the reception and are at a charge).

Standard Rooms (118 - 49 Inland View, 7 Side Sea View, 43 Sea View, 19 Garden View) :With a choice of double or twin beds, our Standard Rooms combine the convenience and comfort of a high standard hotel, with high quality furniture & fittings. Options: Sea View, Side Sea View and Inland View

Kids Suites (17 suites all with sea view) : Kids Suites are very large rooms with a sliding partition door separating the parents’ area from children’s area. The parents’ area features a new king-sized bed while the children’s area is furnished with bunk beds with Walt Disney bedcovers. The children will have their own TV set and playstation 2 with numerous games. Kids Suites also feature a number of facilities for infants/toddlers to ensure that families are as comfortable as possible. All Kids Suites enjoy full sea view.

Superior Rooms (22 rooms all with sea view) : These are larger than standard rooms with a new king-sized bed with a comfortable sitting area that includes a three-seater sofa and two armchairs. Guests staying in the Superior Rooms will be entitled to free tea and coffee making facilities that are replenished daily, as well as slippers and luxury bath amenities. All Superior Rooms enjoy full sea view.

Junior Suites - (15 Junior Suites - 13 Sea View, 2 Inland View) : These are much larger than Superior Rooms, and feature a new king-sized bed and a more luxurious décor. Junior Suites provide a cosy lounge area with a three-seater sofa, armchairs and several other pieces of furniture. The lounge area is separated from the bedroom area by a sliding partition door to create more privacy within the room. Guests staying in Junior Suites will be entitled to free tea and coffee making facilities that are replenished daily, as well as slippers, bathrobes and luxury bath amenities. Options: Sea View and Inland View

Dining

Dining at the Elias Beach Hotel is a memorable experience, where our staff will provide service with a smile and offer the genuine and renowned traditional Cypriot hospitality. The climate, location and setting will tempt you to stay outdoors as much as possible! Open-air bars and full-service restaurants welcome you for drinks, meals and evening entertainment, with a different theme night to end each day of the week.
Main Restaurant and Breakfast Room
The existing indoor main restaurant will be completely refurbished and remodelled to feature a new built-in buffet area with show-cooking stations, new furniture, enriched décor and a new private entrance (as opposed to the existing entrance through the breakfast room). The existing breakfast room will be remodelled and refurbished to feature a new built-in breakfast buffet with show-cooking stations. The new breakfast room will be self-contained with its own private entrance (as opposed to the current open-plan layout). The breakfast terrace will also be upgraded to offer an ideal comfortable setting surrounded by lush gardens for an enjoyable breakfast.
Outdoor Beach Restaurant and the Pier
The existing beach restaurant will be redesigned and renovated to create a proper beach restaurant featuring a romantic seaside ambience. Among other things, new furniture, an upgraded buffet area, and an upgraded beach bar will make this venue an exotic, cool getaway. During summer, most theme buffet nights will be served at the new beach restaurant.
The Pier, a unique feature of this hotel, will also be maintained, serviced and upgraded to offer an ideal setting for special events on the pier.
Piano Lobby and Terrace
The existing bar together with the adjacent multifunctional room will be knocked down to form the new large piano lobby that extends onto a new cosy pergola covered terrace furnished with attractive bamboo furniture, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The new piano lobby and terrace measures over 500m2, all carpeted and featuring new branded furniture and a sophisticated décor. The new area will have its own coffee shop serving branded coffee and homemade sweets.
Main Bar
The existing lobby will be converted into a new spacious and elegant cocktail bar featuring a new bar, comfortable seating with luxurious new furniture and its own terrace with cosy bamboo furniture overlooking the hotel gardens and swimming pools.
